You may submit up to 50 pages (15,000 words) of your previously unpublished fiction, creative non-fiction, screenplay, stageplay, poetry, or other work.
When it comes to longer works, we prefer an in-depth excerpt to spliced-together content that has been trimmed and diluted to adhere to an arbitrary word count. If your excerpt of 50 pages captures our interest, we may consider publishing more or all of the work in our magazine. We are grateful that our online format allows our writers the privilege of considering aesthetics, as opposed to distribution logistics, when determining the length of their work.
Apply for the AZURE June 2015 Writing Contest.

The entries of all winners and finalists will be published in the June 2015 online issue of AZURE.
